Daily inspiration

Last night I had my one of my long chats with my prayer warrior/best friend/mom about so many things in regards to life and love. After my housewarming I dealt with something personal that I didn’t share with anyone outside of my support system. I know someone is reading this thinking he was ignoring me, but I took some time to reflect and get back to my center.

I decided to take some time away from blogging and posting on Social Media. I’m learning that when nobody has an answer to your question, it could be because you’re the only one who knows it. When going through something personal I always come back to my center, that place in you that is still, calm, quiet, and connected. It’s a place you can trust. It connects the body, mind, heart, and soul. It connects your truth, inner voice, and personal relationship with God.

I’ve realized my best work comes from there. My insights, awareness, and guidance come from being there, at that place. Your center is confident, nonjudgmental, accepting, and free. If you must leave your center to learn a lesson, feel a feeling, or experience something new, do that. But come back to your center when you’re done. At some point, we each have to choose transformation or stagnation.

Have a blessed weekend! ✌️
