The first question we need to answer is what is mental health?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It also affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
Mental health is essential at every stage of life. From childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Everyone experiences highs and lows throughout their lives. Finding a supportive mental health professional to help manage those times is essential.
One in every four people across the globe has a type of mental illness at some point in their life. We seek medical attention and treatment for any form of physical illness or disease. So why do we neglect mental illness?
Society is beginning to recognize the importance of talking openly about mental health and how stigma can affect individuals. Having this critical conversation is vital to decreasing this stigma. Its also vital for people to get access to resources that are needed. This means we have a responsibility to eliminate the stigma within our community .

The shirts
The Don’t Label Me shirt: This shirt represents my request: Don’t Label Me, because I have decided to take care of my mental health. A great way to overcome the stigma is by acknowledging the importance of our mental health and well-being. Thus improving people’s attitude towards mental health. Also increasing their willingness to talk about their struggles with a licensed therapist.

The MaGnet shirt: This shirt represents that I have a purpose in this life. Firstly, I am surrounding myself by those who make me better. Secondly, I am a magnet for joy, love, and abundance. Lastly, I am enough. Who are you attracting? Who is in your circle? Because your circle should want to see you win. Your circle should be pushing you every day. Similarly, your circle should encourage your growth.
Therapist notes

Take the first step towards eliminating the stigma and improving yourself. Start by just talking to one person that you trust. If the problem persists, than go to your primary care physician and ask for a referral. Remember, mental illness is common and can be treated. Do not let the stigma stop you from getting and retaining your treatment.
Success is kind of like The Dark: Nothing to be afraid of, but still a common fear. Investing in yourself is important because you get (for free!) what everyone else is struggling for: love, happiness, acceptance, & energy.
Permanence can only come internally. Defining what you need externally to stay happy creates limitations, also restricting your pleasure to those conditions. When you know your vision, nothing can stop you.
